I purchased this plate at a local thrift store today and wanted to see if I could get information on the artist. It is such a beautiful design. Any information would be appreciated.

This year we've seen a river otter family of six cruising by our place quite often this summer and fall. Don't know if you've noticed but I took some photos and a video if you'd like to check it out.

My great uncle was Halvor Berg, he had the store, PO, and other interests in the past at Quatsino's beginning. We have sent some of his carvings and a book of poems etc. to the museum in the past. My cousin just passed, and she had a interictally carved jewelry box that her family would like to give
